A Listing Preparation Proposal is provided to clients following our walkthrough that includes specific notes and action items to prepare for listing. Refreshing areas with cosmetic updates such as lighting or hardware often benefit the seller, and can be sourced by our designer based on budget, markeing strategy and timeline.

We have access to programs available through Compass for sellers to access equity in their home in order to make any repairs and/or updates at no additional cost.

We have an inventory of staging accessories and furnishings that allows us to supplement your property so that it presents in the best possible light once on the market. We strike a thoughtful balance between getting your home "market ready" and understanding that this process often takes place where you live, and during the busy-ness and logistics of life. 

When the property is ready to list, we discuss a pricing strategy that reflects the facets of current conditions. We provide photography and marketing on various platforms as well as share your property with our network of Compass agents.

Our Transaction Coordinator, Brittany communicates important steps and deadlines throughout the escrow/under contract process for our buyers and sellers.

Natalie, our Listing Designer  assesses, sources and implements details including any staging prior to listing as well as communicates dates, appointments and installations. She figures out how to highlight each home's uniqueness and strengths from a design perspective, while giving thought to how current buyers might live day to day in the home. 

Staged and refreshed homes are proven to be on the market fewer days and sell at higher prices. As a part of the Rankin Goulder Kissinger team, Natalie's services prior to listing are no cost to you.

Our Marketing Team, led by Petrelli Media, creates various marketing pieces designed specifically for the real estate industry across digital platforms and also monitors the details that allow your property to be seen by as many buyers as possible online.

Our Photographer, Greg is a seasoned architectural photos professional whose attention to details of lighting, space and scale ensure your photos will stand out in the MLS.
