Homes

The evolution of Park Hill over multiple decades has resulted in a remarkable diversity in its residential architecture. It is a living example of popular architectural styles from the 1890s to 1945 when the area was 95% completed. Boasting 10,000 households, Park Hill stands out as one of the most culturally and economically diverse communities in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

The Historic District encompasses around 700 homes, predominantly brick dwellings, varying widely in size from 750-square-foot alley houses to sprawling 6,000-square-foot mansions. However, the majority of residences fall within the range of 1,000 to 2,800 square feet. This notable diversity in housing sizes within a compact 32-block area draws residents from a broad spectrum of cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
