This timeless, well-established neighborhood remains a premier destination for home buyers
University Hills, situated snugly between Colorado Boulevard and I-25 and affectionately known as "U-Hills," is a charming community with a populace of growing families, retired professionals, and urban enthusiasts.

With convenient proximity to I-25, a bustling big-box shopping center, two cinemas, and the serene Eisenhower (Mamie Doud) Park, there's no shortage of amenities.
